π‘ QUICK CROWN TIP
β
Start your week off with a wellness wash day. Treat it as more than just hair care. Use the time to pray, read a short passage of Scripture, or take time to express thanksgiving to the Lord. You can speak it out or write it down, making it more of a journaling session.

ππΌ TREASURE THIS
Three Steps Back to Center
When our days feel scattered, it shows up in every part of our lives: our spiritual walk, our health, and even in the state of our hair. Realignment begins with taking small, steady steps:
β
- Morning prayer and gratitude. Before you reach for your phone, reach for Godβs Word. Starting your day off with the Lord will literally set the tone for your day.
β
- Choose one wellness habit to focus on. Maybe it is drinking more water, getting more movement, or fresh air. Whatever you choose, make sure that it's something that will actually impact your life in a positive way. For example, a wellness habit that may not be as useful for you (but maybe someone else) could be cutting out caffeine. Whatever you choose must be valuable to and work for you.
β
- Take 10 minutes for your hair each day. Moisturize, detangle, or prep your style for tomorrow. Don't rush it or feel guilty about it if you miss it. The key is to build some intentionality into your hair care so you get further away from neglecting it.
β
Each of these habits can support the others. When you start your morning with prayer, you are more likely to choose healthier actions during the day.
β
When you keep your body well nourished and hydrated, your hair has the internal support it needs to grow.
β
And, when you set aside a few minutes for hair care daily, you prevent damage caused by excess tangling, dryness, or breakage that can undo months of progress.
β
The connection between your spiritual health, physical wellness, and hair care is stronger than many people realize.

Oh hey, way down here! If you forgot why you're hearing from me, Michelle - the creative woman behind Fine Natural Hair and Faith, it's probably because you purchased one of my digital products or signed up for a sweet freebie on my website. I focus on 3 areas: 1) Teaching fine haired naturals how to elevate their hair routines so they can reach their hair goals. 2) Helping Christians how to tighten up their Faith walk 3) Inspiring and supporting women to prioritize their self care. My emails sometimes contain affiliate links which pays me a small commission for recommending the products at no additional cost to you. Of course, I never recommend anything I don't use or have experience with. Thank you. If you arenβt vibing with these emails, you can say no-thank-you at any time, no hard feelings.
