Hi Reader,

This week, I want to slow things down and speak directly to the heart behind your hair journey. If progress has felt slow or scattered lately, this is for you.

Let’s center on what truly matters and get ready for what I think can be a beautiful shift on the inside and out. Ready? Keep reading.

What Keeps Most Women from Seeing Hair Progress

Can we be real for a moment? Most natural hair journeys stall not from lack of effort, but from scattered effort.

You’ve tried it all: the rice water, the chebe, protective styling, all the YouTube routines, the product pyramids of hope. But progress still feels slow… or non-existent.

Here’s what’s really going on:

  • No clear path. Without a proven framework, you're left guessing.
  • Inconsistent follow-through. Life happens. But without accountability, habits are never formed.
  • Misaligned motivation. If your hair goals aren’t rooted in why they matter to you, it’s easy to give up on them.

So, here's the facts....

It’s not about doing more. It’s about doing what actually matters.

And, doing what really matters consistently while giving yourself grace.

💡 QUICK CROWN TIP

If you are experiencing tangles, dryness, or breakage, it’s worth trying a pre-poo, which can help with moisture retention while protecting your strands from being stripped of their natural oils. Try a pre-poo with aloe vera gel or a lightweight oil at least 30 minutes before washing.

🙌🏼 TREASURE THIS
You Don’t Need to Do More. You Need to Do What Matters

Everywhere you look, there is this message whispering or even shouting, "You need to do more."

Use more products. More routines. More techniques. More advice.

And, while we are talking about hair care, this "message" tends to be everywhere related to every part of life.

When progress feels slow, the natural response is to double down on all your efforts. So, you try harder. You pour over video after video and article after article - exhaustingly so.

You search for the one missing miracle. Push through the fatigue and frustration. Because somewhere along the way, we started to believe that effort equals worth.

But here is the deal... More does not always mean better results.

In Luke chapter 10, Jesus visits the home of two sisters. Martha is busy serving and doing all the things. Mary chooses to be still and sit at the feet of Jesus. She listens, and then Martha complains.

Jesus replies gently: "Martha, Martha, you are worried and upset about many things, but few things are needed, or indeed only one." (Luke 10 verses 41 to 42)

This moment is not just about priorities. It is about peace. It is about choosing presence over pressure. Purpose over performance.

The same truth applies to your hair journey.

You do not need more steps or more hair products. You need more clarity. You need a simple system based on a process that honors who you are to your core and what you value.

That is exactly what the Christian Naturalista Signature Mastery Collection will offer you (Coming soon!). It is not another list of things to try. It's a way to make progress that feels peaceful, grounded, and full of grace. It's a spirit-led, step-by-step system that grounds your hair care in clarity and purpose.

In the next week or so (God willing), I will share more about what's inside. But for today, hear this truth...

You are not behind. You are not failing. You are also not alone.

Your worth is not measured by your output. Your growth will come when you stop trying to do everything and start focusing on what matters.

Let go of the pressure and the ideal of perfectionism. Nobody is perfect, and what you see on the socials is very curated. Lean into the peace that comes from doing what matters most.

And that's a wrap for this week's newsletter edition.
