💡 QUICK CROWN TIP

Clarify your scalp if moisture isn’t absorbing; it could be buildup on the scalp, just like it can happen on your hair.

THE FINAL SPRITZ

When you see it, you’ll get it...

🙌🏼 TREASURE THIS

It Starts Beneath the Scalp

Let’s talk about something that doesn’t get enough credit in healthy hair routines: scalp circulation.

You can have the most consistent wash days, the best deep conditioners, and a shelf full of quality products, but if your scalp isn’t getting proper blood flow, your hair growth will always feel sluggish.

The truth is, a stagnant scalp can lead to stunted growth and even excessive shedding. It’s not just about what’s going on your hair. It’s about what’s happening beneath it.

That’s why scalp massage isn’t just a luxury. It’s also a low-effort game-changer. Massaging the scalp regularly helps:

  • Boost blood flow to the follicles, delivering nutrients needed for growth
  • Loosen the buildup that blocks moisture and hair growth oils from penetrating
  • Relieve tension (yes, tightness at the scalp can slow down growth)
  • Amplify the effects of any oil or treatment you apply

I shared some weeks ago how, for the past few years, I’ve been using a scalp massage brush 2–3 times a week, even outside of wash day. Sometimes with my peppermint-infused oil blend, other times just while watching TV. It’s made a huge difference in keeping my scalp flake-free, stimulated, and healthy between washes.

If you’ve ever wondered why your growth seems stalled despite doing all the “right” things, this might be your missing piece.

Check out the scalp massage brush I use and start turning scalp care into a regular part of your hair routine. It really is a low-effort way to support your scalp health.
