Don’t skip the prep. Detangling and pre-pooing in stretched sections before you wash protects fine strands from snapping. Consistency in how you handle your hair matters just as much as what you put on it.

We often get excited about growth and then sabotage it by changing too much, too soon. The same way faith deepens through repetition and reflection, your hair strengthens when you honor what’s already working.

- Stick with products that have proven themselves.
- Be gentle during every step — strength starts with handling.
- Stretch, not stress, your strands.
It’s the simplest things, when done consistently, make the biggest impact.
