Hi Reader,
β
Lately, I have been reminded of how easy it is to move through life on autopilot. You pray, you show up, you care for everyone, and somehow you end up feeling like there's still no fruit. And when that happens, it is usually a sign you need to pause rather than trying to keep pushing things.
β
So, this weekβs newsletter is meant to provide you with a little encouragement for your faith, a moment of reflection, and a simple way to care for yourself.
β
Here is what I gathered for you this week.

βπ½ GUIDED GROWTHβ βWhen You Feel Like You're Doing All You Can
There are times when you are giving your best and still not seeing the change you hoped for. Those moments can feel discouraging, but God uses them to shape your character, strengthen your faith, and teach you to trust Him even when the results are delayed. He is working long before you can see anything happening. Read moreβ

ππΌ TREASURE THIS
Truth Worth Remembering
Not every part of your growth will be obvious. God often builds wisdom and maturity in the background, long before you recognize the change taking place.
β
One truth to remember is this: βWaiting seasons are not wasted seasons.β β
God is often at work in places that are not visible yet.
That is part of the reason I created something new for December called the Faithful Living Bundle. It is made to support women who want to stay aligned with God in practical, everyday ways. It offers guidance that helps you focus on what matters most and move through your days with purpose.

More details are coming soon.

β£οΈWHAT I'M LOVING THIS MONTH
Every month, I'm sharing something that I love for the month. This one is so random but...
β
I'm trying to be very cognizant of how many calories I consume because I really want to maintain a healthy weight. Drinking calories is one of the easiest ways to consume extra calories.
β
So, I love when I was introduced to the "True" brand... True Lime and True Lemon. They are only 10 calories with 1 gram of sugar, and they taste so good. The flavor I'm loving this month is the Peach Lemonade.
β
If you are looking for flavorful drinks that are low on the calorie scale, try the True Lemon / True Lime brand. The True Lime Black Cherry Limeade is good too! β

If you forgot why you're hearing from me, Michelle - the creative woman behind Fine Natural Hair and Faith, it's probably because you purchased one of my digital products or signed up for a sweet freebie on my website. I focus on 3 areas: 1) Teaching fine haired naturals how to elevate their hair routines so they can reach their hair goals. 2) Helping Christians how to tighten up their Faith walk 3) Inspiring and supporting women to prioritize their self care. My emails sometimes contain affiliate links which pays me a small commission for recommending the products at no additional cost to you. Of course, I never recommend anything I don't use or have experience with. Thank you. If you arenβt vibing with these emails, you can say no-thank-you at any time, no hard feelings.
